  After many years in tour operating, leisure sales, revenue management and pricing roles and having been offered a Commercial Manager position with another tour operator I decided I really wanted to do something different. And with only my direct travel experience I started my career in recruitment. In 2011 I founded Jayne Peirce Recruitment. I know we do things very differently because our clients tell us so and we have always continued to evolve, improving the recruitment experience for clients and candidates with an even more focused and personalised offering. My recruitment expertise covers; executive travel recruitment, sales & marketing, pricing and revenue management and senior management positions.

  I’m one of the founding members of the team here as employee number one. I have developed and supported an impressive portfolio of specialist travel businesses who offer trips to far flung destinations all over the world. I have carved an enviable reputation for seeking out the very best travel individuals in the areas of marketing, sales, product, account management, call centres and operations but there is nothing I can’t turn my hand to. I have been so instrumental in building the business to great success that I am now a proud Director and shareholder of the company.

  I’m the man behind the scenes that keeps the business in action. I supported the growth of Jayne Peirce Travel Recruitment right from the start, and I’m a complete natural with anything technical. It’s me who keeps an eye on the purse strings unless its buying tech and I am known for my analytical mind. So much so that when it comes to travel jobs there isn’t anyone I can’t find. It means that sometimes you’ll find me supporting the team headhunting the best candidates for their travel jobs.
