Our client is a leading provider of group travel experiences, specialising in tour operations. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable journeys for their clients.
As the Account Manager, you'll be responsible for proactively selling group travel, building and maintaining strong client relationships to exceed agreed targets. You'll provide product feedback, attend trade shows, manage customer care issues, and contribute to marketing strategies. The role of Account Manager involves developing sales strategies, negotiating with suppliers, and collaborating across departments to ensure excellent service delivery. You'll also participate in familiarisation trips, maintain thorough product knowledge, and promote the brands while consistently embodying company values.
