Exciting New Luxury Travel Job. Marketing & Business Development Executive - Cayman Islands Department of Tourism (UK & Europe)

Are you ready to represent one of the world's most prestigious Caribbean destinations? The Cayman Islands Department of Tourism is seeking an outstanding Marketing & Business Development Executive to join their dynamic team in a hybrid working arrangement.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the marketing presence of the Cayman Islands across the UK and European markets. Working as a key member of the UK & Europe team, you'll be responsible for driving forward comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the Cayman Islands as a preferred luxury destination.

The role encompasses managing and executing B2C/B2B exhibitions and special events, overseeing regional website content, and implementing CRM programmes. You'll develop and maintain crucial relationships with travel industry decision-makers in product and marketing, while handling third-party partnerships across the travel industry. A significant part of your role will involve coordinating and attending 6-8 major UK & European travel shows annually, where you'll take the lead in stand management and visitor engagement.

You'll also be instrumental in developing marketing initiatives for niche markets including luxury, romance, dive, sports, and MICE sectors. The luxury travel job in marketing involves creating and implementing targeted consumer special projects, managing cooperative marketing campaigns with premium tour operators, airlines, and OTAs, and supporting expansion into new markets including the Middle East and Asia. You'll also assist with the travel industry familiarisation visit programme and contribute to the development of marketing plans, budgets, and sales initiatives.
